Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Footwear

Place the shoes back in their original box and secure them in a protective outer mailing bag to prevent damage during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to your local courier drop-off point and keep your receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
